I primarily use vMix to feed Zoom meeting production, with External 1 output often dedicated to Screen Share, but I put External 2 output to my Zoom Video, with shortcuts on my Stream Deck that switch the input of External 2 being either from my camera, a specific info screen for the event, or when appropriate (and Screen Share is turned off), anyone on Program feed.

I'd like to have a "confidence monitor" for External 2 that I can see to ensure that External 2's output is what I want. It could be an Input that uses External 2 as a layer, or possibly dedicating one window on the Multiview.

So far I haven't found a way to do this -- I'm sure it's probably possible and that I've just missed a detail somewhere. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Im not sure that i understand what you say,but if you open ndi on output2/external2 you can make an input of external2 as ndi so you can see your external2. And you can put this input into multiview

I was hoping to do it all in vMix... but NDI is an option. You've also sparked another thought on something I'll try. Thanks for chiming in!
