BUS falls out, from time to time

Hey Folks,
we face some problems with vmix and our soundcard.
frome time to time, our n-1 bus on A or B falls out without any warnings.
we use a NEW MOTU 8 Pre-es as a sound device.
we changed a ton of settings, buffer sizes, bitrates even cables and so on, nothing seems to work.
we also checked the engery settings on windows for the system itself and the usb controller.
does anyone notice this on his system too?
