I used to like their service. However, when my stream stopped without any known reason (no internet connection issues on my side) and I couldn't restart it - I wrote to them and received no answer. The situation repeated 3 times, several emails and fill-the-form messages sent and not a single contact from them. It happened almost year ago so maybe they're better now, but...

Another option.. Build your own. I still use Youtube however mostly as a video archive and as "Plan B" which I hope I never need to rely on. My requirements are ultra low latency and the CDNs I've contacted will not deliver the latency I have achieved with a DIY approach. Most say they are low latency, but depends what they consider low :) For me Low is < 2 seconds Camera to Browser. Two options worked for me: Wowza, served me well for many years. and my now preferred software is Nimble as you get more performance on a smaller VPS with no downside. https://wmspanel.com/nimbleBoth now have web interfaces for management (Wowza only since version 4). So you don't need to be a guru of the linux command line (not that it ever hurts). Both run on Windows too, but I'm just not a fan of Windows Servers when Linux options are available. Windows = Bloat for servers, many times a bloat I have to put up with because linux versions are not available for everything I want to use.
