Is it possible to find the details of a previous call and add them to a new production or do I have to set up a new call?

I.e. I had a call in a previous production. I know the P/w for the old call. Is there a way to add a call and use this password so the caller can use the same login details.

Thanks for any advice.

Cheers

John

Append (see Help) the Call Input from your old Preset into your new Preset.

Thanks for the response .... unfortnuately I don't have the orginal preset to append ... it was some time ago when I was a newbie and didn't realise I could save the preset - I learnt now!

This is why I wondered if there was some way to find/recall details of a previous call ...any thoughts?

Well, there is an unsupported method - at your own risk...

First, save a preset (.vmix) with a new Call input, and note the Call's password.

Then using an editor that can manage xml files (e.g. Notepad++) replace that password withe the old one that you want and save a new .vmix file.
