vMix guide shows 'vMix 4K and higher supports 2x Fullscreen and 4x External outputs'， however, in setting many it shows only two external menu( external 1 +external2).Where and how to setup external 3 and 4?

Outputs 3 & 4 are 'virtual' outputs in the sense that they don't give you extra physical outputs, but two extra destinations which can then be used for NDI output, Streaming or Recording.

Use the cog wheel icon next to the External button at the bottom of the screen to find nos. 3 and 4.
