As Full NDI takes up too much bandwidth, I'd like to use NDI HX in vMix outputs/NDI/SRT setting.
It seems Full NDI by default in vMix outputs, no way to change.
How to make vMix output NDI HX?

Yes, no way to change in vMix. NDI/HX is traditionally used by hardware manufacturers (like cameras or encoders).

You can convert NDI|FB(Full Bandwidth) to NDI|HX by using NDI Bridge Local mode in NDI Tools.(or Hardware converters)
NDI Bridge PC should be able to convert H.264/H265(HEVC) stream by GPU though(generally GPU encode only supports up to 2-3 streams per board).
Also NDI|HX receiver side needs to decode NDI|HX H264 or H265 stream by GPU or CPU, so NDI|HX may impact receiver's performance insted of network throughput.
