Monitor the audio post encoding

We want to hear and mix the signal right before it is streamed in real time. Is it possible to monitor the encoded audio before we stream it out? Or stream it to someplace we can listen to it in real time, not a service which causes a delay? We do not want to hear it before encoding like in the Master. We a realize there is a second Audio Output to set up but is that before encoding or after encoding?

@ thomastaylor Can you explain why you need this? Essentially, setting up a "Time Slip" (delay) is the only way to do that, as shown in this video: Otherwise, what you see and hear in vMix is what is streamed and/or recorded (in real-time) Ice
