Multicorder increases NDI-traffic

I'm running into a weird issue when using multicorder with NDI:

vMix-version: 24.0.0.72
Source: 3x Birddog flex 4k in, around 100Mbit/stream

Networktraffic is around 300Mbit/s. When I turn on the multicorder this doubles. I can't remember seeing this before, this happens on two separate systems.

Has anyone seen this before or know how to solve this, or is this meant to happen?
