Hi guys,

I think I read all topics about freeze nd crashes, but all are different than mine I think.

My set: I7, 32RAM,M2+SSD, GeForce 1070, 2x Decklink Duo.

Almost every stream I have one, sth two freezes for about 10s. Stream, recording gives about 250dropped frames. I dont touch anything and after that time all goes like before 😡

I thought ssd disk for recording was problem, but yesterday even without recording, only streaming, it makes this again 😐

I'm looking for some tips or moves I can do. Maybe diagnostic tools to find this problem. Windows is quite fresh, all upadated etc... Temperatures Low...

I will be thankfull for any ideas...

Beleive me Im streaming since 4 years, so I know it is important, but as I wrote There is no rules.

Stream to FB, YT, private rtmp, single stream, double etc. Mainly standard 1080 25p 6Mbs

Recroding 12Mbs, but as I wrote it did also When recording was off.

Inputs - since one to five, sometimes with vcall, sometimes with ndi.

Truly no rule. Thats worse situation.

Try a test streaming with OBS with the same amount of inputs, frame rates, etc. If you still have the same issues then it is not vMix.

What specific i7 CPU do you have?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.19 GHz

The worse think is that I don't even know how to force this freeze.

Maybe RAM?

DO you know some good testing software?
