vMix 24. Last week a never before seen issue came up. Audio kept cutting in and out when playing music/singing. No problem with the spoken word, such as preaching. We input both audio and video via usb using a Roland VR-3. Replaced the usb cable but had the same issue. Bypassed the audio and used a different interface with no issues. Could the decibel level, which was not peaking, have caused this since it was during music portion of the service only? No compression was being used. This is not a critical problem at the moment since we were able to bypass the audio input from the VR-3.

Make sure the Phantom power switches are in the proper position for the type of devices connected to the XLR inputs.
What happens when you adjust the USB Level? Has it been set to where the spoken word level is correct, but the music/singing level is much higher?
