I suggest add audio scope for check audio phase, we recently had this issue and couldn't identify whats happening quickly, we could fix it duplicating one of the audio channels, making the streaming mono , after we finish the streaming we could realize that one of audio patch cords was in de middle of way not properly embedded in audio patch panel, making the phase issue.
