The RTX 2080ti has 11GB RAM and 4352 Cuda cores, but no resizable bar.

The RTX 3060ti has 8GB RAM and 4,864 Cuda cores, and resizable bar.

So, do more Cuda cores and resizable bar beat more RAM?

If you could have either one for free, which would you chose? Why?
