Hi all, is AJA 3G or 3G Quad still supported in vMix or on windows 10......? I ask because I am having hell O hell getting my cards to work....The drivers just would not install via Device Manager....they install direct, but when I go to update, since the cards show with the yellow mark, but I can't get the drivers updated....any help?...

Are you referring to AJA Kona 3G cards? If so you should be able to use them. AJA software installer v16.1 should work. I found that the Kona 3G installed in a Sonnet Echo Express SEI had issues with vMix 24.0.0.71, but no problems with 24.0.0.72.

You could also try AJA Desktop Software v15.0.1.

Thank you, I will try them...


Tried, and nothing is working....the card shows up in Device Manager, but I can not get the drivers updated ...it keeps showing the yellow mark on it, and non of the drivers seem to have any affect....frustrating.....I also tried the DELTA he-20, their drivers load well, but vMix does not see the card....I have a BM Duo and only one input shows, cannot get the second input to show....tried everything I read and was told, but still only 1 input is showing up.. really need some help...
