Is there a shortcut or way to jump to the end of an event so I can then use the update out point after adjusting it?

I have buttons on my shuttle pro to update the in and out points and its easy just scrolling the wheel to adjust the in point but to then have to scroll all the way to the end is far too time consuming in a 4 second clip.

Thanks for any help.

also i have had the problem for a long time. We use the following command: "ReplayMoveSelectedOutPoint". We set 1 frame there. It's not the nicest solution, but it works. The "Go to out" command is missing. Unfortunately, warned again and again ... but is not implemented.

Found this forum from a google search when trying to solve the same problem, built upon Klaus' solution above.

"We use the following command: "ReplayMoveSelectedOutPoint". We set 1 frame there. It's not the nicest solution, but it works."

I did what Klaus suggested and tried to set the value to 0 but it's invalid. So you have to add a frame with the first shortcuts - then have it trigger another shortcut to subtract that frame.

1. Add a new shortcut for "ReplayMoveSelectedOutPoint" with a value of 1 (frame). In the advanced tab of that shortcut have it trigger a "PageDown" keystroke as well.
2. Add a new shortcut for "ReplayMoveSelectedOutPoint" with a value of -1 and assign it to "PageDown".
3. Repeat steps for "ReplayMoveSelectedInPoint" and use "PageUp" for the second frame subtract shortcut.

Now it adds a frame to the in or out point of the selected event, then subtracts it right after so the original time is unchanged. Substitute PageUp/Down for any unassigned keystroke.

Cheers,
-Dom

2 (multiple) functions can be assigned to the same keystroke shortcut without the need for the advanced tab

I'm a bit late to this party, but my replay op Companion config has a button for this if you're a Stream Deck user (and a matching one for jumping to the in point)! Available for free here

It's the same process described by others here.
