Hi all~

Hoping for some advice here as I've been trying different options in the KnowledgeBase and Optimizing Performance article, as well as some older forum posts.

New PC, four cameras running via HDMI into a Blackmagic DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder Capture card, have a Geforce RTX 2060. Adding in the camera from the first Decklink slot gives a smooth and lag free input that I can see in the Preview and Output windows, as well as in the thumbnail in the list of inputs. Adding in a second camera from the second Decklink slot introduces a significant amount of lag from what I am seeing in vMix versus what is happening in real time, to both inputs. Removing the second input removes the lag from the first input. GPU Memory is around 12%, CPU is not getting above 2%. Render time is between 1-2ms.

I can add in screen capture examples or provide more information about my setup if that is helpful. Thanks in advance~

Your capture card needs a PCIE slot with 8 lanes. Does it have one?

Swapping the BlackMagic card from the bottom PCI slot to the one directly below the graphics card seems to have solved the issue, thanks! I incorrectly assumed that having three PCIE 16 lane slots meant I could put the card further down the line, but the bottom slot apparently only has four lanes available, according to the motherboard manual. Thanks again!
