P/T/Z function shortcuts for Active/Preview fail for one out of three PTZs

Puzzling situation: Shortcuts linked P/T/Z functions for Active and Preview inputs work fine for only two out of three PTZs.

We have three PTZOptics, 30xSDI, numbered 1,2,3.

We have shortcuts to control Pan/Tilt/Zoom on Active (on both midi controller and keyboard), and we use the joystick to control pan and tilt on Preview.

These shortcuts work as expected on PTZ1 and PTZ2.

But when PTZ2 is in Preview, it doesn't respond to the joystick. And when PTZ2 is Active, it doesn't respond to the Active shortcuts.

Instead, PTZ1 pans, tilts, and zooms.

The shortcuts can't be hardwired to PTZ1, though, because they work fine and as expected when PTZ3 is in Preview or Active.

I assume it's a misprogramming of the shortcuts, but I can't find it.

Updates:
1. The problem of the PTZ shortcuts not working on the Active view when the active view was set to PTZ2 only occurred when we faded and or cut via a shortcut. When we faded or cut by mouseclicking on the Fade or Cut buttons in the UI.
2. We noticed (and cleaned up) a couple of situations where a shortcut was assigned twice in the settings. That seemed to resolve the situation.
