Hey all,
I am a heavy VMix user and this is the first time I have experienced this issue.

Situation:
Input 1: VMix Caller 1 (Video Source: Output 3)
Input 2: VMix Caller 2 (Video Source: Output 3)
Input 3: Decklink Quad Capture Feed
VMix Output 1: Input 1 - Call 1
VMix Output 2: Input 2 - Call 2
VMix Output 3: Input 3 - Decklink
VMix Output 4: Input 3 - Decklink

At seemingly random times, the caller will have their return feeds go black simultaneously. Their video and audio still gets to Vmix and they still hear the return audio. I have them refresh calls, no luck. I regenerate the call link, no luck. I have them try a new browser, no luck.
If I change their return video source from Output 3 to Output 4, it works. Changing from 4 to 3, it freezes.

Joining from a separate vmix call with return from Output 3, I get a blue screen on connection. Changing the return from 3 to 4 makes everything work. Going back to 3 from 4 shows a freezeframe of what was live on Input 3.

Restarting the software fixes the issue temporarily, but it has happened multiple times this week on different vmix machines and hardware.

If it matters, there is no NDI input or Output on the machines. The External Renderer is active sending Outputs 1 & 2 to the same decklink.

Any insight is appreciated! Thanks!

UPDATE:
So it just happened on 3 separate machines at the same exact time. Is it possible that a stinger transition that's being captured by the decklink is overloading the internal encoders for those VMix outputs? The transition does have a lot of quick artifacting effects in it that would task a normal encoder.
