I was using VMix 13.0.0.131 with Blackmagic intensity shuttle USB3 and ezcap in my church. Intensity shuttle for Camera and Ezcap for song lyric and bible.
They worked fine until one day the EzCap doesn't work properly.

Then I upgrade using VMix 13.0.0.142 with intensity shuttle USB3 and Elgato Game capture.
For the first use, they worked fine but in the the first 2 hours service, input from camera suddenly stilled and needed to re-input the source from camera for 4 times and one time VMix closed suddenly.

Is there any incompatibility between intensity shuttle USB3 and Elgato Game capture?
FYI, I was using VMix64 but after I use Elgato, I have to use VMix(32) because there is no Elgato option in VMix64.

Anybody can help me with this issue?

It sounds like driver issues. What OS are you using? Have you upgraded the drivers for that OS. The Ezcap need correct drivers to function properly and as most are "knock-offs" you are not always supplied with them.

I use Windows 8.1 with standard driver for both products (Intensity shuttle USB 3.0 and Elgato Game capture).
For the future, I will not use Ezcap again.
