Hey guys any help will be appreciated.

Here is the issue, we have our sound routed directly to Black-magic television studio switcher through XLR from the mixer X32 Behringer and then added as seperate Audio Input on vMix using Line in Blackmagic Audio Channel 1+2, because we want the sound to be separate from the video, The video is connected using SDI converter with Intensity shuttle to vmix. Now everything was fine but Suddenly we lost the Audio, The Line In BlackMagic Audio started showing offline, then i tried to re-add the audio input again but to my surprise the Line In BlackMagic Audio comes up but the channels 1+2 and others are not coming up it shows blank and if i click ok to add it (error comes up stating this ISO is not compatible), and if i use the blackmagic audio we get a delayed and cracked sound, But if i use the audio from Intensity shuttle everything works fine.

Here are my questions

1. Is there any difference between Blackmagic audio and Line in Blackmagic audio
2. Why do is the sound from Blackmagic audio as audio input cracked and delayed
3. Is there anything i am missing?


It was working fine before but the trouble started.
