Hi,

We recently installed Vmix on a new machine. Everything from our previous machine was brought over seemlessly. We built out our scene and it looked good in preview. But when we tried hitting Cut or Fade or any of the other transitions to push from Preview to Program the Program monitor remained black.

Fade to Black was not enacted.

Any ideas what the issue could be?

Maybe you have something on the overlay active that has no file since you moved computers. Turn off all overlays and check again.
