Is there a way to Measure delay of RTMP stream?

I haven't been able to find much about this so I'm posting here. I regularly stream to Vimeo and YouTube, and I'm just curious if there is some way to measure the delay between the stream I'm sending and what the CDN is delivering (or anywhere else downstream). I've used a clock overlayed on the stream to measure the difference between stream and output, but I'd like to find a better way if possible. Any help appreciated!

HI The amount of latency depends on many factors from the user and the server side, so it can not be accurately understood technically because each CDN or each user has its own bandwidth for Encodec and Decodec, so the best case is the one mentioned.

Thanks for the reply. Is there any form of measurement for stream latency if you could control user bandwidth? For example, if I were to stream from one location, and another location was viewing it on a large screen with a full audience- without throwing a clock up on that screen and somebody telling me when they see it, is there any sort of tool to help with that?
