There are a variety of situations where I use Shortcuts that apply only to elements of a specific preset, so, rather than clutter things up by making global shortcuts for those highly specific elements, I designate them as Local Shortcuts (as I assume is the intentioned use of that designation).

There are also situations where I need to bring those elements into another Preset, for which I use the "Append" feature (as I, again, assume is the intention of that feature).

Accordingly, it'd be beneficial to have the option to also append the relevant Local Shortcuts when using that feature, so that I don't have to remake them or clutter my Shortcuts list by designated them as global shortcuts when they only apply to those very specific elements.
