Hello,

Rebuilt one of our vMix machines (Custom built by us) which was working with vMix prior and since rebuilding and re-installing. But now MP4 videos are showing green. We have tried inputting them direct as MP4, through lists but not getting anywhere with it at all.

All drivers on the PC are up to date and we are using the nVidia RTX 2070 on driver 471.96

Has anyone seen this before and able to assist in helping me resolve this?
