Hi,

I have made a new title page in the GT designer that has had a countdown clock added for the client to be able to see time remaining until kick off on a match day.

I have encountered a few issues in the last few weeks and wonder if anyone else is having these issues.

Issue 1 - The countdown is being displayed in H:mm:ss and for some reason the seconds will jump all over the place and not countdown in steps of 1 but instead countdown erratically.

Issue 2 - The title page with the countdown clock will go to black every other minute and will require me to reload the slide while live (not exactly ideal with a room full of people). The client wants to use these countdowns often for the audience so they really need to reliable for me to use them.

Thank you in advance for any information about these issues.

Do you encounter the same issue using a countdown in a basic title ?

How is your title constructed , you talk about slides, animations , anything else ?

Using the countdown timer as a basic overlay I dont have any issue, it counts down steadily.

The title animates on but remains static once live, the only thing that will change is the timer.

You haven't accidentally specified a datachange animation or page or so ?

What do you mean by "reload the slide" ?

I dont think it is a datachange image, It has previously been working without issues.

The slide will go to black and I will need to right click the slide and select reload. If i dont click reload the slide will remain black.
