Good day everyone! Hope you're doing fine wherever you are right now. I have a problem with Vmix when you go live on facebook, there's a noticable audio glitch where as the pitch goes up or down due to unknown reasons. I've checked everything, from streaming settings to Vmix settings and seems like they are okay and in correct setup. However, the issue is still there. I hope someone can help me to give an idea of what's going on with this issue and how can I resolve it. Thank you very much! Your reply will be greatly appreciated.

It looks like the video output goes a little fast forward then becomes slow. Its fluctuating to the entire livestream. Any idea about this? Thanks.

It looks like the video output goes a little fast forward then becomes slow. Its fluctuating to the entire livestream. Any idea about this? Thanks. Good day! After days of configuration and testing, it looks like we resolved the frame drop issue on vmix. Just wanna share what I did. you can find the steps below: Software side: 1. Go to display settings, change reso to 720p and frame rate to NTSC 29.99p. 2. Then go to performance tab and untick the "High input performance mode" if your gpu has 4gb VRAM only. Use it if your VRAM is above 4gb. 3. After setting up, click okay and Vmix should restart to apply changes. Streaming side: 1. If your using facebook, check quality. For our settings, we keep it at H264 720p 4mbps AAC 128kbps (do not make the audio bitrate higher as it will cause audio problem as we observed it.) for youtube stream setting, its the same with Facebook but a bit lower video bitrate, around 3000. 2. For us, we did not use "use hardware encoding" on facebook streaming but on youtube streaming, its enabled. This will not be possible without the ideas of the experts in Vmix so thank you so much for sharing your knowledge on how we can keep Vmix at optimal performance. May God bless us all.

I have the same problem. I've tried your suggestions but can't resolve. Theme is a graphics card problem, even if reading around I saw that the speech of the frames is at the root of the problem. I'm trying them all, I hope I don't have to buy the graphics card and have the same problem.

I read many posts on the forum on the subject, many unanswered. I continue to navigate in the dark. I read in a post that it might also depend on the connection.
Any help?

I leave here my experience if someone is in the same situation as me. I solved the problem thanks to some Italian colleagues. The sampling setting of 16-bit 48000 hz audio capture cards simply had to be standardized, which is the same value used by vMix.
