Is there a way to change a call's video source via the API?

If not then I suggest we add this to the API to

1. Set a particular call's Video and Audio source

2. Report the status of a call's Video and Audio source.

Example: http://localhost:8088/api/?function=VideoCallVideoSource&Input=Preview&Value=Output3

Value can be Output1, Output2, Output3, Output4
Input=name_of_call_input
