I have a basic project open using a web browser input to capture a YouTube live stream. After a few seconds, the image of the stream, in frozen chunks, takes over the background of the input area in vMix. If I collapse the input with right click, the error goes away. It seems to 'update' the glitch every 5-10 seconds, and in two places. One covers the whole input area. The other covers the leftmost portion and alternates between a crop of the bottom of the stream and a stretched version of the whole image. This also sometimes erases the image preview of the 'Colour' input I have, which is set to black.

In addition, my External output flickers blacks consistently, and my black color on preview ALSO flickers with imagery from the web input. I've done a lot of YouTube browser inputs on vMix before, but never seen anything like this. Any ideas what's causing it?

vMix 24.0.0.58
Project is 1080p59.95
Web Browser youtube is set to 1080p60

i9-10900K
RTX 3090
32GB Ram
Windows 10 x64

vmix glitch.png (2,050kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

More details on troubleshooting:

- Updated vMix to current version - no change.
- Used v77 chrome instead of v86 on browser input - no change
- Reduced streaming resolution on YouTube to minimum (144p) - no change
- Swapped vMix to 60p instead of 59.94p - no change
- Verified Nvidia drivers were recent Studio (471.68)
- Verified that glitch happens regardless of whether my External is enabled (original reason for running this setup).
- Verified that glitch happens ONLY when browser input is uncollapsed in the input window. Frames still flicker and drop in Pvw/Pgm windows when collapsed, but the loss of the background doesn't occur.
- Happens with any youtube video, not just live streams.
- Verified that switching vMix project framerate to 29.97 instead of 59.94 or 60p DOES fix the issue. However, I see no reason that a 60p project shouldn't be able to handle a youtube video stream on the web browser input?

Bumping this. Could really use some guidance from anyone who knows what might be the cause here.

This looks like 3rd party software is running that is hijacking the graphics drivers.
Run vMix Diagnostics app to find out the culprit and uninstall it.
