It would be great to have a new function that can be used to control the zoom level, and the position of a single layer inside a multilayered input (or Virtual Set).

IE
If I have a call with x people connected, and I have a layer for each call, I could emphasize the one speaking, just making its window bigger by a certain percentage.

This is an idea, but it could be useful in many applications.

In the same way,
it would be useful to have control even in almost the (X,Y) position of each layer.

No, I just want to make it easier and have the possibility to control multiview in live program instead, using a midi controller or a streamdeck
