Using vMix on a laptop with HDMI monitor

Running vMix Pro on a laptop. In Windows, it is screen 1. DisplayPort is screen 2. In vMix, Fullscreen 1 is configured for Windows screen 2, and to send Output. All is working as it should. Just plugged in HDMI monitor and it immediately shows the vMix Output, not sure why. Windows recognizes it as screen 3. In vMix, I configure Fullscreen 2 for Windows screen 3, and to send one of my given inputs. It does not do that. It keeps showing the vMix Output. How do I get vMix Fullscreen 2 to take control of Windows screen 3?
