How and when is the NDI genlock capacity be implemented in vMix?

Is it possible to make vMix the genlock master, or slave it to a genlock provided by NDI to sync two vMix instances.

Also Will alternative genlock for NDI outputs (with acaler) abd the direct NDI outs (Call and Cams etc.) be possible.

NDI genlock in vMix would be really nice. Even in combination with unreal or other render engines.

Newtek says NDI does not require genlock(source: NDI and Genlock)
However, SIENNA published proposal of NDI genlock over NDI metadata using PTPv2 on their site (source:RP-NDI-PTPv2_2010 proposal for PTPv2 genlock in ndi).
I am not sure if anybody implemented this, but proposal exists anyway.
