Cerevo Flextally not working with vMix

Hey, new to the forums (and using forums in general... I usually just search for answers). My company got a FlexTally system (https://flextally.cerevo.com/en/), which has vMix support. In fact, I saw a post here that mentioned changing the lights, so it obviously works for someone. But I've followed the instructions (https://flextally.cerevo.com/en/docs/connect-with-vmix/) to the letter, yet the lights don't do a single thing when I'm in vMix. Is there a vMix setting I'm missing?
To be on the same page, I have both the FlexTally utility and vMix updated to the latest versions, and the FlexTally is on the same network, as testing the tally lights from the Utility on the computer works just fine.
Any help would be incredibly appreciated!

I have the same Problem.
Setup of the Cerevo worked perfectly. Testing the lamps works also, Connection with vmix of the setup software also gives me a go, but then in VMIX i see nothing.
The manual says:
11. Switch channels in vMix and check that each Lamp reacts.
thats not happening.

Please check the settings under Webcontroller which IP address is specified there - this address must then also be stored in FlexTally.
