Hi, I make animated videos and use Blender and Animaker software now I want to use vMix. So I have questions that How I can animate in vMix? and vMix is better than OBS?

Vmix is not a animation software. There is many animated softwares. Adobe animated, TVPaint animation. I also create a game and character animation on Blender Software.
