Running vMix basic HD x64 on a Win 10 Enterprise PC and the video signal cuts out when streaming after around 5 mins. Using Restream to send the video signal on to both Facebook and YouTube for a church service.

I'm having to constantly reload the saved preset to get the video signal back. That involves stopping and restarting the stream, which is a problem when streaming an hour long church service.

Video is from an external HD video camera (Sony) using the UT-Vid input.

Any help would be appreciated. Hoping that the update that is available may "fix" the issue, but the 23.0.0.59 hasn't had a problem up til now.

An update to the previous post. I've updated to the new version 24.0.0.62 and now when I load in the presets the video signal cuts out after a few seconds. I have the onscreen display to the right (as my setup shows the output there), but then the video freezes into that position only. I can pan the camera around, but the video remains frozen from when I first loaded the preset.

Even when reloading the preset it will "update" the output video, but then it too "freezes" in place and doesn't allow any other signals to come through.

The oddest part is that even though the video isn't being transmitted by vMix anymore, the rest of the stream comes through without a problem. Really frustrating as it has only started for this Sunday's broadcast.

What is your hardware capture device that the Sony camera is connected to?

It is an AJA U-Tap that converts HDMI to USB.

I was told that about a week or so ago (by the Minister of Music) a set of updates for Windows were installed and I'm going to roll back the update to see if that "fixes" the problem.
