Capture.PNG (399kb) downloaded 1 time(s).Good Morning, We've been live streaming to Facebook & Youtube for ~9 months now without issue using Vmix. The version we are using is 24.0.0.62. On 6/20/2021 we were trying to stream and youtube was showing poor connection errors to the stream, lots of buffering. The video streamed to youtube & facebook was very choppy & low-quality. Facebook stream just completely stopped. I noticed that the ethernet port on the live streaming computer was sending very little data (it was in the kbps range, when typically its about 3-7Mbps during streaming to both Facebook & Youttube). I ran a speed test during the streaming, & it was lower then usual ~1-3 Mbps. After the stream, I ran another speed test and it was around 7Mbps (typically its 13-20). This is lower then usual. To stream to Facebook & Youtube I found that with our setup it would require at least 5-7Mbps (more would be better) of bandwidth to run. I'm not a network guy, but it seemed to me that perhaps the ISP is to blame for this one or possibly a bad switch?. We need a certain amount of upload bandwidth to stream to the different platforms. Vmix logs are attached. The logs showed that the video input was too full or near to full & the frame was dropped. Any ideas on how to fix this?
