Recording fails to stop - Whern I press top on the recording it says locked and wont stop

Hi,

I am using Vmix basic license with 4 inputs on a 64bit win10 Pro 32Gb i9 machine with 10TB SSD. When I record a single NDI camera feed from the Hospital of around 30min duration and try to stop the recording it says 'locked' and never stops.

Can anyone advise why this is happening.
