i am looking for a software or system that can transmit to smartphone, PGM video signal + intercom + tally

I have looked but still need to have everything integrated.

Affordable wireless intercom the only thing I have found

It's the Eartec HUB962 system. About 2000 euros for 9 headphones

Then if we add tally there is the HollyLand Syscom 1000T. It has a tally but it costs more than 6000 euros.

Finally the Unity intercom to use with smartphone. Sale for about 2000 euros 8 licenses with tally.

And I don't see anything else
