Windows 10 application to convert from NDI 50p to SDI 50i.
For example now I use medialooks free to convert from NDI to SDI output by Decklink Quad2. But there is no option to convert from 50p to 50i. Only through decklink I can make it 50P 3G or 25P 1,5G, but not 50i 1,5G.

Just use a decimator NDI 50p > medialooks free to convert from NDI to SDI output by Decklink Quad2 > Decimator for 50p to 50i > SDI destination

Hello, I came across this problem when output signal at the venue -HAD- to be 50i while we run our production at 50p. (My laziness brought me to much more effective way than switching cameras do 50i :-) )
The solution is FFMPEG. The #1 problem is, the standard windows binary releases lack support of Decklink cards due to some licence issues. At the time (May 2021), I didn't find any releases with compiled Decklink support on the Internet. You have to compile it by yourself. Though, I found an easy guide for doing so (cross-compile) on Linux.
Ffmpeg unfortunately (problem #2) doesn't even have NDI. So you can run vMix, add the NDI source, get vMix to External Outputting to Directshow capture device (vMix Video YV12) and connect ffmpeg to it. And incorporate the "tinterlace" filter for doing 50i from 50p and finally output to Decklink.
Alternatively, you can probably (that was my backup plan) set FFMPEG output to SRT and make the SRT stream "displayed" to SDI somehow, maybe vMix again or maybe OBS Studio can do it.
More alternatively, (another backup plan) you can set your monitor refresh rate in Windows to "25hz interlaced mode" and that could to the trick. (you would need an hdmi to sdi converter, but don't need another vMix, just NDI Studio Monitor)
