Vmix not launching in windows 10

Hello everyone
I have been using vmix for over an year now, yesterday there was a windows update and after that vmix is not launching at all.
I checked everything in windows event viewer as well as updated all drivers, and also tried restarting several times, uninstalled and installed again, still vmix is not launching.
I cannot do system restore because there are no restore points available.
Please help me, I need to go live in 24 hrs and vmix is the only software on which I rely. Any help from the community will be highly appreciated.

a bit more info might be in order like thw vMix version etc
heard rumors that on might have to reactivate the registration key and/or check your vMix account for the active PC of the registration

I am using the latest version of vmix and its a paid installation
