Hi.

Sometimes we use vMix to embed via Alpha graphics or videos in other systems.
So far we have not had any problem, but when updating to the latest version (24.0.0.59) we get an error when activating the "External" output with "Alpha Channel" using Decklink Quad 2.

We get the following error (we use a windows in Spanish, that's why the text is in Spanish... but the error is understood in English):

Quote:
StartStopExternal
Unable to configure keyer: System.NotImplementedException: No se puede implementar el método o la operación.
en DecklinkPlugin.DeckLinkAPI.IDEckLinkKeyer.Enable(Int32isExternal)
en DecklinkPlugin.DecklinkStream.StartStream()

Any idea what it could be?
Could it be an update issue?
Does it happen to anyone else?

Just before updating it was working for me, it has been updating and.... error.

We're using a Win 10 Pro (19041.985) with i9-9900K CPU 3.60Ghz, 32GB RAM and Video Capture/Output Blackmagic Decklink Quad 2.

Images from the config and the error that occurs.

Check for the correct Channel Setting in the Blackmagic Desktop Video Tool.
The setting must be SDI1 & SDI2 , if you want to use Alpha.
Sometimes the settings are changed, when you uptdate the BM drivers or Windows.

That's it!

But.. it's strange... I'm almost 100% sure that I had always set the independent channels on the Blackmagic card, and it was working for me...

Anyway, thanks so much for the help!
