Custom GT Title, Animation Not Working once imported - Transition in/out missing from right-click menu as well

I am getting inconsistent results with 'custom' GT Titles -- these are really vMix built-in tiles with a Save As to make change colors.

The transitions preview in the GT Designer Advanced app.

When brought into vMix they use the animation set by the Overlay settings, and do not have "transition in" & "transition out" listed in the right-click menu with "title editor" and "reload" -- Additionally, pressing the play button does not preview the animation.

Steps to Repeat:
  1. Open existing GT Title in the Designer Advanced App
  2. Make color other cosmetic changes - Save As with a new name
  3. Bring new title into vMix & use Overlay 1 (note I have already tried making Overlay 1 a "cut." Pre-built GT Titles are performing correctly)

Ah - my test-bench is still running the 60-day trial. Explains the inconsistent results. Thank you for clearing that up.

SAME PROBLEM HERE.

I THINK IT IS A VMIX 24.0.0.58 PROBLEM AND NOT THE GT TITLER 2.0.0.41 THAT COMES WITH IT.
THIS IS BECAUSE MY GT TITLES MADE IN GT TITLER TITLER 2.0.0.41 (that comes with vmix 24.0.0.58) or previous versions PLAY OKAY ON VMIX 23 (AFTER DOWNGRADING TO VMIX 23) OR WHEN USING ANOTHER MACHINE WITH VMIX 23).

CUSTOM GT titles ISSUES ON VMIX 24.0.0.58 INCLUDE
1. NOT PLAYING TRANSITIONS AS EXPECTED ON OVERLAY CHANNELS 1 TO 4 DESPITE CHANGING OVERLAY TRANSITIONS TO CUT
2. NOT PLAYING TRANSITIONS AS EXPECTED ON FROM PREVIEW TO PROGRAM AND VICE VERSA DESPITE CHANGING OVERLAY TRANSITIONS TO CUT
2. FADING TRANSITIONS INSTEAD OF ANIMATING THE BAKED IN TRANSITIONS
3. CUSTOM GT TITLES FREEZE ON PROGRAM WINDOW WHEN CLICKED OR TRIGERED TO ANIMATE OUT

On further tests, I found PREBUILT titles are okay.

Once they are edited and saved on the GT advanced titler, the do not animate properly anymore

Any new custom GT tiles do not animate properly or do not animate at all.

I don't experience any of the mentioned issues , that said there have been fixes regarding loss if things (animations etc) in editing older titles and versions in the last few updates
Please double check your animations
