Hi

What coult be the reason for faltering stream?

For Example:
- Streaming with 720p & 1800 bitrate to youtube live stream.
- Bandwidth 7MB Upload

- Testviewer has 22 MB Bandwidth (more as enough)

What exactly is "faltering"?
There are lots of links in the chain, you will have to be more specific with your "issue" and specs to determine if it is hardware, software, or network/CDN related.
