OnCountdownComplete + Countdown To Time

Hi!
I have an event which is going to have a countdown, and at a specific time in the countdown it needs to transition to a pre-recorded video (let's say when the countdown has 5 minutes left). I was planning to use a second countdown which finishes 5 minutes before the main one to control the transition, but I can't get it to work.
Is there anyway to get the OnCountdownComplete trigger to fire when Countdown To Time finishes?

the countdown and Countdown To Time are 2 different things.
OnOuntdownComplete only responds to the first.
taking action at a certain moment in time be it using countdown (before complete) or Countdown To Time will require scripting
Please search this forum as this "problem" has come up multiple times and has a variety of solutions depending on the exact goal
