is there any way to stop a live stream with a trigger.
i use vmix to automate at live multi dj sets from different locations. it there a way to stop the stream on vmix. when the dj stops streaming to vmix.
hope this makes sense.

Yes, whatever input you want to use to stop the live stream, go to settings in the input, click trigger, on dropdown click on "OnCompleation" second dropdown click "Output" and find stop streaming and add it to the playlist.

I just tryed that it does not stop the live stream when dj stops streaming

Multiple DJ.s , one dj stops ?

best bet is to check the API XML (script) for some change in any applicable status of an input to test on and to base a "trigger" within the script stopping your stream

Sorry i will try to explain a bit better. i have vmix set up on a server in 1 location. I have different djs that stream from different locations at different times (not at the same time) to that server. I would like vmix to stop the stream when the dj stop streaming to my vmix server.
