We used vMixCall for the first time a few months ago for a conference we were streaming where some presenters were on location and some were remote. We also had people at the location we were streaming from that were watching. I used NDI to set up a monitor and speaker so they could watch and listen. But when we wanted someone local to talk to the remote person, I had to mute the speaker when the local person was talking and unmute when the remote person was talking, or else we got echoes. That was obviously not the ideal setup. I'm going to be doing this again this weekend, and am wondering if there's a better way to do it so I don't have to manually mute and unmute the speaker?

I think the only way to solve this is by creating a separate mix on another audio bus that does not include the local mic. you then use this bus for the ndi output.
