I just recorded a two-person, 30-minute MS Teams interview using NDIs through vMix multicorder, vMix AVI setting, and "record NDI in original MOV format" checked, as I read these are the best settings for minimum CPU load while recording.
I have three resulting file formats: MOVs, MOV.NIDs, and MOV.PREVIEW.NDIs.
The MOV files don't appear to have any video, only audio. I thought using vMix Media Converter might reveal the video, but the Video Converter doesn't even recognize the MOVs as something it can work with.
Is there any video information in these files that I can salvage?
What did I do wrong?
