When streaming, I keep getting YouTube bitrate error.

The following is my system spec:
RAM 32GB
Graphic card: 4GB.
CPU: AMD FX 6300 6 Core.
Windows 10.
Upload Speed: 92-126 Mpbs

The streamed version is often glitchy when the errors are taking place. Sometimes, the YouTube will show no data error.

The recorded version is always smooth and fine.

Please advise.
