Entered key in trial lost all use of program

We were using the trial version and were making progress.
Decided to purchase $149 version. Obtained key. Put it into trial version and since have not been able to make any version work.
Get message to upgrade version, but have no idea how to do that as I believe we are using the most current version.
I wish I could go back to the trial as it was usable before entering the key.
What do I do to make the program work?
I have sent several email messages to Martin Sinclair, but gotten no response from him in email.
One error message: OpenEX
The selected resolution is not supported in this Edition of vMix.
Upgrade vMix to enable more features.
I apparently purchased the wrong key as we are using HDMI not SD.. So I will need to make the correct purchase. Thanks to my Buddy son who made the observation.

Hi Daniel,
I have provided a full refund since the non-hd license was purchased.
This should now be resolved.
