Hello, under full screen where it says "display 1 and display 2 to select the input for each. please add an option to select the input for both with one click that would change both outputs at the same time. Also when changing inputs on the fullscreen outputs please add a basic transition similar to what the quickplay button does as oppesed to the cut button. we have 2 side screens in addition to our main center screen that shows the same input 90% of the time, but when we need to change them, it does not look good to change each screen individually.

Thank You for your time

+1 when it comes to transitions for Fullscrens (and Externals as well).

Regarding simultaneous change of sources for Display 1 and Display 2, that might be useful in rare cases, like jbrenner3's. Perhaps easily implemented as a setting "Same source for both displays".

Martin,
If there is/will be a shortcut for the second fullscreen display. Then one could easily acomplish the desired effect with two shortcuts. Just make sure that the first shortcut under "Advanced" is set to trigger the second.
F1: SetOutputFullscreen, Input x
F2: SetOutputFullscreen2, Input x

When operator press F1, both displays change.

This is where a software switcher (control surface) will be great....As an input is added, it can be shown as in vidblaster and vjdirector, or just greyed until a new input is added.....but that control surface is greatly needed....

Like these?

I've used them myself for some basic CCU control/communication on a separate PC, but yes, as far as I know, it is cut only.

Cheers,
Håvard

Well Håvard, I am not sure. In vMix 4K there are two Fullscreen outputs (Display 1 and Display 2), and the possibility to have two External outputs. I am not sure if the shortcuts currently (v13.0.0.142) supports all four. Kind of confusing names for the shortcuts, but I think Martin will clean that up in v14.

Using Shortcuts and daisy chaining them is perfect. I just downloaded the beta for vMix 14 and there is a shortcut for switching fullscreen display 2
