I used to use this company's software to play RTMP and turn a Raspberry Pi into a stream player.

I tested v1.0.0, but noticed 1.0.1 is out now, so guessing a bug was found and corrected. Worked with Vmix Directly and Nimble Streaming server using H.264. They also make an SRT Server, which might be very attractive to some people here.

Good little box you could set to DHCP and send to someone to plug into the TV, or just use on the LAN/Wifi to get video to display far away with the bandwidth and latency you want/can do.

Kiloview D300 does more, but not everyone wants to pay for one of those units and I'm sure some Vmix users just have a Raspberry Pi kicking around :)
