Hi all,
Our company has a failsafe internet backup that starts on fiber and if the fiber cuts out, it switches to a cell tower data backup. Once the fiber re-establishes connection, the failsafe goes back to normal operations.
We had multiple internet blips with our ISP the other day during a show and the system kicked in. Our caller froze for a few seconds before we heard the audio start back up, video unfreezing shortly thereafter. Very thankful that vMixCall handled that so well for us.
Our team is now curious about how vMixCall handles a situation like that and we'd like to get some insight into that functionality for Peer to Peer connections as well as through vmix's web platform.
Thanks,
-Heath
